The Faith Assembly of Verdal is a non denominational local Christian Assembly that are gathering for service every Wednesday and Sunday throughout the year. We are not tied to any organized denominational Church system, and we do have all the context of the Bible as our guidance for teaching and doctrine. As it is with many small Christian gatherings around the globe, the driving force of our ministry are based on spiritual experience and revelation. As an example; you can read about one of the first original Apostles; “Paul,” that he was an enemy of the Faith which was practised by the early believers, (the ones who believed in the death and resurrection of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ). Then a revelation appeared to him when he was on his way to a city called Damascus. His intensions was to persecute the Christian believers, but there he received a revelation from God, and his whole life was changed right there. He, who had been a persecutor, now became a humble and devoted servant of the Lord Jesus Christ. At the end of his life he testified that: Acts 26:9-19 “Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision”.

In our day it may look like the Bible is made as a book that only should be read, memorized and respected. Experiences and revelations are strictly historical. A person, who may claim an appearance like Paul received it, will automatically be looked upon with great scepticism. The Spirit of God though is just as alive to day as ever; back in early Christian days. So to day there are many believers who have had special experiences, which have changed their lives, just like Paul experienced it back in his day. This little fellowship has grown up, based on the same type of experiences and revelation that the early Church had from the day of Pentecost. This homepage, through its different pages of Songs and music; Sermons and testimonies; representing both recorded sermons and written booklets, will then offer sores of information; to help a believer in practical spiritual walk and conduct. All the information offered on this website, is given freely; for every one to download, to copy and to use, as long as the information is not changed, or edited with the intension of distortion. 2 Tim.2:7 “Consider what I say; and the Lord give thee understanding in all things”.
