We Made It To Angeles

We are now in Angeles and ready for the next challenges. The first will be tomorrow in a meeting with approximately 230 prisoners who were baptized a few weeks ago. It looks like it will be a very active period here on these islands; the next two months. Bro. Elevera says he receives requests all the time; about wanting us here in the Philippines, as well as Taiwan and Australia, so we’ll take a day at a time and see what we will be able to complete. Rarely have I just started a journey, then have to ponder on how to cover the great need for meetings in just two months. I initially thought we had added up to a spacious existence of stretching the journey so far, but we’ll see eventually how it evolves. The main thing is now after all; to know the Lord’s guidance and follow the spirit in which it want to lead us.

In this week we are set up for meetings in the prison in the morning, then it will be the evening service at the usual Church here in Angeles. Thursday is again evening meeting in the Church. Friday will be meeting in Manila on the clouthing factory; Red Stone. Saturday is not announced meeting yet. Then there will be two meetings on Sunday here in Angeles again. Next week is the Easter meetings. So the first two weeks are packed.

Around 8 April, we will travel to Davao and remain in these areas for a period. How long we are there and how many places we shall cover there, is not to my knowledge. We will also travel north of Angeles to Ifugao, lagawe, Sagada and Bagiuo, after we come from Davao. Then we have friends in Marikina and Manila. There are also other friends who want us in their meetings. It’s good to be desired, so we’ll just see what can be done. We’ll say the same that Paul even said it in his time, Acts. 14:27. “God has opened a door of faith;” for us in this part of the world. Just remember us still in your prayers.
